Teacup Wellness. Created by wellness coaches, for wellness coaches.

We know most coaches want simpler technology solutions so they can focus their time and energy on doing what they love the most (as busy, passionate, and creative women, we know that’s what we crave).

Welcome. We look forward to working with you to help people live their healthiest lives.

We achieve this in part by providing simple, low-cost tools for coaches to reach and provide services to their customers. Read all about our tools and services.

We researched and listened and tried out a bunch of technologies before deciding on a few simple website tools for our Basic model, paired with Teacup Healthie — a comprehensive wellness practice solution — for our Pro version.

We’ve worked to come up with a pricing model that we trust will work for most coaches. Teacup revenue is used to pay for operational expenses, enhancements, and marketing efforts as we grow to serve more coaches and the clients they serve.

some history

(for the curious)

Teacup Wellness first saw the light of day in early 2018, when we launched with a vision of providing easy-to-use services for wellness coaches while also matching them with clients through our marketing efforts.

Our business revenue model was based on commission earnings from Teacup coaching sessions where–in exchange–we committed to bringing our coaches some business while also providing a platform from which they could operate.

But we soon learned that tackling both ends of the business at once was more than we could successfully do before we had drained our self-funded pot of cash.

We were totally energized by the positive responses that we got from all the coaches who heard about us, and we soon found ourselves just bursting with ideas and excitement.

But it turns out that our focus got too wide and our resources went too quickly as we tried to go big before we had fully proven our basic business model. Once we realized what was happening, we saw that we had no choice but to stop and reassess.

We hit the Pause button, went dark, and put our heads down to do some soul searching. We asked ourselves if this was something we could still believe in? Could we figure out how to make it work? Should we change our focus and give it another go?

We decided it made sense to do some more research and brainstorming about how best to approach our vision. We finally came to the realization that placing our priority on helping coaches first made the most sense.

If we can empower coaches with smart tools and a strong platform, then we can help spread the transformational power of wellness coaching to people in need.

And that is our vision. To transform the way we do health care through the healing power of wellness coaching.

So we re-launched Teacup Wellness. For coaches.

One day we still hope to build the Teacup we first envisioned, with a wonderfully diversified team of coaches helping people of all kinds in communities of all kinds. Our idea for a nonprofit is still alive and well, too.

But we are committed to keeping things simple for Teacup 2.0. We want to take time to learn to walk before we try to run. We invite you to join us in our little venture to change the world.
